My name is Martin Rühle, and I’d like to take a moment to introduce our company and myself as its managing director.

For many years, I traveled around the world for both business and pleasure. On many of my trips, I stayed in hotels, vacation rentals, and private accommodations. I often felt almost right at home, but unfortunately, there were also many instances where certain things made it difficult to feel comfortable.

When I happened to read a report in 2019 about “short-term rentals of apartments and serviced apartments,” I felt a growing desire to start something of my own in this field. It was a long journey—from researching legal regulations and searching for suitable locations to putting together everything needed to make a guest feel almost at home.

Together with my partner, who travels even more than I do, I founded our company in 2020. Despite the uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, we developed a concept for furnishing apartments and incorporating the experiences we’d gained from our travels.

More than six years have passed since then, and we’re learning something new every day. We listen to our guests and strive to incorporate their feedback and suggestions into both our existing accommodations and new projects.

The market is constantly changing; a huge supply of tiny accommodations with as many beds as possible is now flooding the market. We don’t want to follow this trend and instead offer our guests spacious apartments with the most flexible bed configurations possible.
